Sunny and Marmy (2023)

I have always loved the Bach Well Tempered Clavier and wanted to make a prelude and fugue series using the church modes as homage. My subjects for these pieces are cats that are at the Feline Good Cat Cafe in Gainesville, FL who are all adoptable and thus, change frequently. The subjects for this piece are Sunny and Marmy. A orange cat with a copious amount of energy and a fluffy lady that had a grumpy temperance respectively. This piece is in the Mixolydian mode and is a stand out playful piece amongst my Cat Cafe series.
